With more than two decades of experience in Atlanta, Georgia, Shana originally hails from Dublin, Georgia.

 

Proudly serving as the broker and owner of Paradigm Realty, she's making dreams come true in Georgia, South Carolina and abroad.

 

A dedicated real estate professional, Shana channels her energy into educating individuals about the power of owning a home.

 

She designs and implements engaging seminars, helping homeowners enhance their credit scores, explore mortgage opportunities, and fully grasp the value of homeownership. Shana's influence doesn't stop there.

 

As a captivating professional and speaker, she takes on the role of training and teaching fellow real estate agents. Her specialty lies in transforming home buying seminars into powerful lead generating machines, a sought after skill even approved by the GA Real Estate Commission as a Continuing Education class.

She mentors and trains these agents to excel in selling international properties, having herself sold multi-millions of dollars in real estate in less than a year. As a developer in the Dominican Republic and part owner of a company boasting over $20 million in assets, she has left an indelible mark on the international real estate landscape.

 

Her expertise reaches across borders, bridging the gap between stateside investors and the breathtaking properties of the Dominican Republic. With an insider's knowledge of residential property development, Shana has been a part of projects from inception and assessment to successful completion, all handled with her trademark finesse.
